Knowledge – Sound decisions are key to a healthier you. An awareness of self, how you are created, and you as a new 3-D creature brings insight. Take the green light approach to your original Spirit man/woman, to entrust this to the transformation of your Mind and the detailed instructions given by our Creator who knows ALL of you, every detail, yes, every hair on your head. Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered Luke 12:7. Then through His knowledge, you pour into your Body all the vitamins and nutrients that have been naturally created to sustain you. This knowledge was already bought and gifted to you; accept it.
Wisdom – Wisdom involves good sense, and judgment, the ability to utilize your personal growth and experience that you have been blessed with and execute and apply it in insightful ways. Take what is cultivated internally through reflection and incorporate it with divine intervention into your everyday life. Einstein gave us a well-known example of how wisdom can be overlooked when he pointed out, “doing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different result”, ugh! This is not wisdom but the complete opposite and a total waste of time, effort, and sometimes money. When we look to do something different with the details of our lives, we must always remember that “change” is necessary and unavoidable. So, embrace it, and make it a priority. This is where wisdom expands and shows us the way.
Discernment – partners with wisdom in a gracious way powered through our Spirit. Hebrews 4:12 ; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. To understand and perceive things with clarity and objectivity. It acts as a means of protection, guarding us from being deceived spiritually. This incredible gift from Our Creator gives us the ability to internally know the truth from untruth. A divine tool designed to demonstrate what we should implement daily when receiving various types of information. Discernment is key in filtering what is good for us and what is not. Listening to your Spirit will lead you towards many successes in healthy living.
Intention – To intend to do something is to have a plan, to aspire, an objective, a goal, and a course of action. To place it into your mind and direct your mind to do it. This is how accomplishments are achieved. This without question must be practiced when reaching for the changes you desire to see within your self-care journey. To “set your intention” is to harness your abilities. This is crucial in giving you the endurance to see the finish line. That” never give up” mentality brings you closer to the promises that were already embedded within your Spirit. When you intend, your pursuit is evident in those very results.
Faith – is a strong belief and complete trust or confidence in something or someone not physically seen, that exists in your imagination. God’s Word states in Hebrews 11:1, Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Which allows us to drive into our imagination. To allow the mind to gravitate to a place that is not physically there. It allows us to see the unseen, like how we want to develop and become, knowing that it’s absolutely possible. Foresee yourself and believe in your heart that you will get there, and you Will.
Hope – Bask in the sunshine of optimism. Hope, tied to Your Faith, Your Belief that has been woven into the very fiber of your soul, is your strength. The sacred text confirms in Hebrews 10:23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. Our hope is activated in your belief in all things being possible. Divine hope remains immovable and never compromised. It strengthens the coursework of your purposes and gives you the endurance to overcome and never it up on you or your desire for health and healing.
Love – Love is referenced throughout the Most essential book that was ever published. Love appears approximately 500-550 times, yes in the Bible. Why, because when everything else fails, His Love cannot. And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is Love. 1 Corinthians 13:13 May this truth resonates in a place that speaks volumes about how the powerful Spirit created you through His love of self He made us in the likeness and image of Him. Through Agape Love. So, you see, Self-love should not be falsely labeled or negatively portrayed, often linked to conceit, when it is so far from it. Self-love is and should be considered the highest gift to yourself, your relationship and connection with your Spiritual Father, the Creator of Love, and of You.
In closing, your bond with the universal Creator of ALL who loved you first, 1 John 4:19, places in you the ability to develop the love of self, that then overflows to others. And because He loves you so much the first person He wants you to love and take care of is yourself. You are super important to Him and part of His Kingdom. He says in Isaiah 43:4 NIV, “Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life.” The major question here is do you see yourself this way? Does your existence resonate with this Love? Are you striving daily to keep your temple intact? Through the eyes of Our Father, focus, this is a priority one on His list. In His living Word, He gives divine instruction into all truths of Health, Healing, and overall self-care. Again with the why? It’s simple, He loves us and wants us to love ourselves Spirit, Mind & Body the same as He does. So let’s Love the skin we are in…His way.
